SeeCall is a Business Process Outsourcer, with its own research and development office, responsible for all the ITC activities of our structures, able to develop and adapt any procedure of our Customers, thanks to our application developed in house.
In fact, we can manage inbound and outbound contact requests through our “SIA 2.0” application capable of interfacing with any other ERP application on the market.
The success and experience have allowed us to distribute our platform to other Contact Centers in Italy and abroad.
SeeCall’s data centers are located in Europe and are fully redundant.
Thanks to our staff, we guarantee surveillance of the premises, remotely, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year with remote monitoring of all systems and with staff on site for emergencies and breakdowns.
All the premises have an internal and external video surveillance system of the structure, with a movement detection in areas selected by us in order to report any anomalous activity and activate the surveillance.
Network Operations Center
To ensure continuity, quality and resolution, in a short time, of any faults on the network or systems, through our NOC (Network Operation Center), constantly monitoring all our services and on request also those of our customers, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
